JSC “Transneft” does an intensive work of diversity of the directions of the deliveries of the energy resources and of the creation of highly efficient export routes. The created pipeline capacities provide the predictable growth of oil extraction in the perspective Russian regions and let the Russian export be free from the necessity of being transported through the territories of the neighbor countries. This enhances Russia’s role in the providing of international energy security.
The realization of the investment projects by JSC “Transneft”, which include the projects of the development of the system of trunk pipeline transport will permit to create the unified pipeline system, that will be capable of operative redistribution of the export flows according to the needs of the market.
The financing of the construction of new oil pipeline is realized without using the budget (State) assets, due to the rational combination of the resources belonging to the company and those coming from the outside.
All the projects of JSC “Transneft” pass the necessary state expertise according to the acting legislation; this includes ecological safety, technical decisions and the value of the works.
